Knife gate valves TFW are shut-off valves designed for pipelines with sludge, bulk substances, sewage. Knife gate valves are compact and easily mounted on sections of the pipeline to adjust and completely block the passing flow. To adjust and block the flow on these valves, a stainless steel knife gate is used, it can cut off the flow of the working medium supplied in one direction (one-sided knife gate) or in two opposite directions (two-sided knife gate).

The housing for this type of shut-off valve (knife gate valve) is made of two materials: steel and cast iron. The valves are painted with epoxy powder coating paint.
